My Ticket Home - Time Kills Everything Review and what happened? Headcave and Nick Giumenti

Originally a heavy metal, grunge and death-core influenced band this track is very different to the sound listeners of My Ticket Home are used to. Time Kills Everything is a 90's grunge sounding single, reminiscent of the work of Kyuss, Soundgarden and The Smashing Pumkins. A bit of a hidden gem considering it hasn't been the best performing single for My Ticket Home and may sadly be the last as they haven't been active on their twitter, facebook or instagram accounts since 2018.

The music video for this single is shot all in black and white and features a city-scape, only adding to the atmospheric soundtrack like quality of the song. Give it a listen below:

It has been speculated that My Ticket Home have parted ways considering their absence from social media and lack of new music releases. Nick Giumenti is also now working on and promoting a new music project as the singer of Headcave also known as @headcavemusic on Twitter. Headcave have a much heavier death-metal sound but still with an obvious grunge influence. If i'm honest even though i'm certainly no softy when it comes to metal and can listen to pretty much anything headcave's sound is a little too jumbled for me. The vocals are made up of all screams and growls so if your into that it may be you're thing just personally not mine. Feel free to check them out below:
